Alive is more than just a smoking cessation program. It is designed to adapt to your needs throughout the quitting process to maximize your results.
It doesn't matter if you smoke every day or only occasionally, if you smoke during certain times or all day long. Alive is here to assist you in quitting smoking and reducing anxiety.
You have the freedom to go at your own pace as Alive adjusts to your progress, allowing you to prolong the process if necessary.
<h2>How Does It Work?</h2>
Alive calculates the waiting times between cigarettes and gradually extends them each week. This gradual approach allows your body to become accustomed to longer periods without the addictive substances it craves, reducing anxiety while still achieving significant progress.
In the final four phases, we modify the methodology to support you until the end of the process when you quit smoking for good. During these phases, you will have control over when and how often you smoke the allotted cigarettes per day or per week.

 <li>At times, Alive will prompt you to wait a few minutes before smoking.</li>

 <li>Your body detoxifies as it adjusts to smaller amounts of the chemicals it is dependent on.</li>
 <li>We approach the problem in a gradual and non-violent manner, effectively reducing anxiety without sacrificing significant progress.</li>
 <li>Alive also offers support to help you remain smoke-free after quitting.</li>
